Restorative Sleep

Most adults aged 18 and older need at least 7 hours of sleep every night. Some people may require 8 or 9 hours to feel their best.

To figure out if you are getting enough sleep ask yourself if you sleep in when you are given the opportunity (vacation, weekend)
